My stay was below what I expected

The location was good and the room fair.

The staff were not as helpful as I expected. There was no readily available information on the kind of services available. The breakfast was bland!!

„Nice stay

Hotel pozytywnie mnie zaskoczył. Przeczytałam wiele negatywnych opinii, ale zaryzykowałam i nie zawiodłam się. Widać, że hotel odnawia pokoje. Nasz pokój wyglądał bardzo dobrze. Część mebli była odnowiona, część nowa. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Czysta, odnowiona łazienka, z wygodną półką na własne kosmetyki. Białe, puszyste ręczniki. Udogodnienia do przygotowania kawy i herbaty, kubki. Wygodna, miękka wykładzina. Ciepła kołdra. Dostępne żelazko i deska do prasowania. Nawet przejściówka do wtyczek. Nie wiem czego można chcieć więcej. Jeżeli ktoś pisze negatywne opinie to uważam, że robi to złośliwe i ma wymagania jak w Savoy. Blisko do metra, pubu, Tesco Express otwartego od 7 do 24, 7 dni w tygodniu. Okna, cienkie ściany to kwestia typowej angielskiej architektury. Albo się na to przygotujesz albo w większości hoteli będziesz niezadowolony.

Brak darmowego Wi Fi w pokoju. Dostępne tylko w lobby.

Agréable

L'emplacement et la chambre était correcte malgré la fenêtre cassée. Les toilettes de la réception avec les coiffeuses dans ceux des dames. L'emplacement près du district hampstead et de Hampstead hill. Le fait d'être près de la jubilee line est un point positif également.

La fenêtre donnait sur un échafaudage, la chambre avait la fenêtre fendue, impossible d'ouvrir et aérer pour ses deux raisons. L'hôtel est vieillissant et en réfection. La zone pour la consigne des bagages est une zone de travaux où tout le monde peut aller et se servir si mal intentionné. Le wifi disponible uniquement à l'accueil.

Very warm but nice stay

The room I was in had just been completely renovated and was very new

It was too warm and I couldn’t turn off the radiator. Has old windows that need replacing. I had to tune in the tv The wardrobes are old and needed sorting out. Wires were hanging down in there

Das einzigste was gut war , war das Bett und Bad

WIR haben im hotel angerufen und extra danach gefragt ob es einen Parkplatz hat denn wir kommen in 2 stunden. Uns wurde gesagt ja, als wir ankamen war da kein Parkplatz von Hotel sondern von nebenan welches sich ebenfalls unter eine Baustelle befand und was gekostet hat. Also hatten wir keine Möglichkeit das Autozuparken.Die Aufzüge waren extrem dreckig. Der Teppich im Raum war sehr dreckig. Es gab kein Wasser auf nachfrage.

Alright for the price.

I had a suite on the fifth floor. It was a good size and a great view over London. There was an ironing board/iron/fridge/toiletries. Shower pressure was fine. Room was clean. Plenty of plug sockets. Lots of channels on the tv.

It was a little dated and the bathroom smelt bad. Staff could be a bit friendlier and they charge for WiFi! Bed wasn’t long enough for me, but to be fair, I am 6 ft tall. Coffee wasn’t a branded one and not very nice.

Good

No breakfast which we didn’t expect but kettle and tea etc in room. They forgot to replenish supplies whilst we were there but gave us extra teabags at reception when we asked. Plenty of space in cupboard. Fabulous view. Bed comfortable. Sheets and towels all clean

We would have liked a Bedside table next to both sides of bed. We could hear whooshing sounds occasionally. Maybe we were close to lift shaft? Shower very minimal space but it worked and was clean. Ironing board but no iron. But not ourselves bothered with ironing. Used ironing board as a table so it was useful!!

staff were very polite and helpful.

basement room with no windows, bedroom fan was on all night, green light in the room light fitting was on constantly and was really bright. Draught beer pumps weren't working.

Clean, tidy, no frills but does the job! Helpful, friendly stafff

Clean and functional with really helpful friendly staff. Great shower!

The bed wasn’t the most uncomfortable and it was a little bit expensive.

Okay for a bed for the night as short walk to where we needed to be

10 min walk to Camden where we were seeing a concert

Very basic , beds okay but not the best , no option of a cooked breakfast so we didn’t eat in the hotel, was just a bed for the night really and it served its purpose, parking should be free for hotel guests but you do get 24hrs for £15
